Its Blanc de Noir is a still wine, not a sparkler: early-picked, hand-harvested Pinot Noir from California’s North Coast is sent directly to the press, limiting skin contact so the juice stays nearly white while keeping Pinot’s aromatics. Some vintages include small amounts of Viognier and Gewürztraminer for texture.
