Vanilla runs underneath the whole pour. The finish turns warmer and drier, with cinnamon and a deep oak that lingers well past the swallow. At 80 proof (40% ABV) the texture is soft rather than sharp, which lets the sweetness sit rather than burn off.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is a sipping tequila, best in a snifter or a copita with nothing added.
