Mumm, which sent winemaker Guy Devaux to Napa Valley in the late 1970s to find vineyards suited to sparkling wine. Prestige Cuvée is the winery’s Napa Valley–appellated tribute to its home. It is a blend of 49% Pinot Noir, 46% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Gris and 1% Pinot Meunier. Made in the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle, it is finished as a Brut with about 10 g\/L dosage.
