The acidity is bright, and the finish is balanced, concentrated and lightly saline.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFounded in Reims in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck builds its signature Cuvée Brut from more than 100 crus across Champagne. The current blend is 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with a generous share of reserve wines for consistency and depth. Made in the traditional method, it rests at least two years on its lees before disgorgement and is bottled at 12% ABV in a 750 mL bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 46 to 50°F.
