The acidity is bright, and the finish is clean and refreshing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGrand Brut Rosé is part of Sonoma-Cutrer’s small-production Winemaker’s Release series, crafted by Pinot Noir winemaker Zidanelia Arcidiacono. It blends 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from two of the winery’s Russian River Valley estate vineyards, Owsley Estate and Vine Hill Ranch. The wine is made in the traditional method, with its second fermentation in the bottle, as in Champagne. It is bottled at 12% ABV in a 750 mL bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe well chilled in a tulip glass.
