Drambuie 15 Year Old Whisky Liqueur is a Speyside malt liqueur: fifteen-year-old Speyside malts infused with the brand’s secret blend of heather honey, herbs, and spices, bottled at 86 proof. This expression was built drier, so the malt can sit in front of the honey. The name comes from the Gaelic an dram buidheach — the drink that satisfies. A bottle you can open for guests without overthinking the pour.
Citrus spice, grassy butterscotch, and heather honey open, then lemongrass gives way to malt, berries, and a velvet-soft middle. The finish is shortbread, fresh herbs, and a long honeyed afterglow, with clove, vanilla, and a thread of light peat in some pours.
