Yellowstone Limited Edition Bourbon 3-Bottle Collection

Yellowstone Limited Edition Bourbon 3-Bottle Collection gathers three 750 mL bottles from Stephen Beam's annual Limited Edition series at Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. Since 2015 each yearly release has been a blend of extra-aged Kentucky bourbons given its own finish, from wine casks to brandy and cognac, then bottled in a small allocation. Proofs follow the bottles in the set; recent Limited Editions are typically 101 proof (50.5% ABV). Set them out when friends want a flight.

Caramel and vanilla from extra-aged bourbon run through the series, with dark fruit and baking spice from the finishing woods filling richer sips. Toasted oak and a warm, lingering close mark each bottle in its own way, which is the point of pouring them side by side.
