123 Organic Tequila’s Diablito Rojo is an extra añejo from Amatitán, Jalisco, made from organic Blue Weber agave. Cooked agave anchors a rich, dense palate, with dried cherry bringing bright, tart fruit depth and semi-sweet chocolate contributing a soft bittersweet edge. Cinnamon and toasted oak hold through a warm, dry finish that lingers.
It spends at least 7 years in French Limousin oak, followed by a six-month finish in Napa Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Additive free and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), this certified organic release comes in a 750 mL bottle. A slow neat pour lets the long-aged profile open fully at its own pace, revealing its considerable weight and depth.
