House mash is 76% corn, 15% rye, and 9% malted barley; the sourced partner is 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley, so rye spice sits on the caramel at an easy strength. It earns a weeknight pour.

Caramel, vanilla, and toasted grain lead, with oak and a hint of char. The mouthfeel is creamy. Cinnamon and nutmeg warm a smooth, lasting finish, with clove and brown sugar if you sit with it.
