NULU Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

NULU Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is Prohibition Craft Spirits’ ongoing one-cask bottling from Louisville’s NuLu district: five-to-six-year MGP bourbon from Indiana, selected and bottled uncut and unfiltered so caramel, rye spice, and oak stay loud at natural barrel strength. Every barrel is its own pour. Keep it for a weeknight when you want that cask as it left the rickhouse.

Baking spice and cinnamon lead, with burnt caramel and syrup-soaked raisins filling the middle. The mouthfeel is rich and layered at barrel proof; dried cherry, leather, and a light rye-toast note stand out on the palate, and the finish is earthy, oaky, and lingering.
