5 Sentidos Espadín Capón is an unaged mezcal from Santa Catarina Albarradas, Oaxaca. Sweet agave anchors the palate, joined by juicy pineapple, soft melon, and a floral lift. The fruit gives it an approachable opening, while the character remains clearly centered on the agave.
Mineral and herbal notes provide a drier contrast, and light smoke stays in the background rather than taking over. At 104 proof (52% ABV), this is a robust mezcal with plenty of presence.
