5 Sentidos Espadín con Piña Mezcal

5 Sentidos works in espadín here, the most widely planted agave in mezcal, and this bottling brings piña into the mix. The result is soft and fruit-forward rather than heavy. Strawberry leads, bright and a little jammy, with vanilla rounding it out underneath. Light tropical fruit sits behind both, keeping things fresh through the finish.

At 42 proof (21% ABV), this is far gentler than most mezcal, which usually lands at twice that strength or more. It drinks easily on its own, chilled or at room temperature, and there is no burn to work through. The agave character is still there, just quieter, with the roasted sweetness that comes from cooking piñas in an earthen pit.

Sold in a 750 mL bottle. A sensible pour for anyone who finds full-strength mezcal too much to sip slowly.
