Produced from Java sugarcane in Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca, the rum spent 2 years in virgin French oak. Nutmeg brings warmth, and sandalwood gives the finish a dry, woody note. The high strength makes this a good candidate for a small splash of water if you prefer a softer pour.
