Matured in American and European oak casks, Chivas Regal Ultis brings Speyside character into a blended malt Scotch whisky. Peach and pear sit together at the center, giving the pour a ripe orchard-fruit character. Honey adds a mellow sweetness, while spice and gentle oak keep the finish from becoming overly sweet.
Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750 mL bottle, it is approachable neat and has enough presence to hold up over a large cube. This is an easy bottle to bring out for a quiet pour, an after-dinner dram, or a small gathering at home. It needs no elaborate service and settles naturally into a slower sip.
