Dark Arts Ripple Rye Whiskey is the first limited Ripple release: a 7-year Indiana rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley) finished in maple-syrup barrels with toasted Amburana oak staves, then bottled at 110.38 proof. Maple rounds the grain; Amburana pushes gingerbread cinnamon. Ready for a fireside pour or a stirred whiskey cocktail.
Fresh gingerbread and spiced cherry meet buttercream on the nose. Maple syrup and caramelized sugar coat the palate with red-gumdrop sweetness and holiday spice, and the finish is long and sticky — maple, cacao, and a last flicker of rye heat.
