Aged 5 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it brings the familiar sweetness of bourbon together with the darker fruit character associated with the finish. It is bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), giving the whiskey a firm presence without making the profile difficult to approach.
Caramel and cherry sit at the center of the palate, while raisin adds a deeper fruit note. Cocoa closes things out with a gently bittersweet edge. The 750 mL bottle is an easy fit for straightforward pours, a large cube, or classic bourbon cocktails.
