Real Minero Espadín & Largo is an additive-free mezcal from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, made with Espadín and Largo agave. Banana lends a rounded fruit note, while green herbs and citrus keep the palate fresh and bright. Earthy smoke provides a darker counterpoint without overwhelming the agave character.
Clay and mineral notes give the finish a grounded quality, connecting the fruit and herbs with the mezcal’s earthier side. The contrasts are clear and approachable, making each element easy to pick out in a neat pour.
