From County Cork comes a single pot still Irish whiskey that spends its early years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks before moving into Tawny Port for a finishing stretch. That last step is where the color deepens and the fruit turns red.
Red berries lead, bright and a little jammy, with stone fruit sitting just behind them. Chocolate runs underneath, softened by vanilla, and the finish tightens up with spice and toasted oak. At 46% ABV it has real weight without turning hot, so it drinks comfortably neat and holds its shape over a single large cube if you prefer it cold.
Pot still whiskey brings a particular texture — thick, slightly oily, coating the mouth in a way that lighter Irish blends do not. This is an easy bottle to keep open on the shelf and pour on a weeknight. 750 mL.
