Cherry opens with dark-fruited clarity, followed by the heavy, bittersweet pull of molasses. The palate is broad and concentrated rather than overtly sweet. Coffee adds roasted depth and a firmer edge. Bitterness and sweetness remain in balance, giving the palate definition without softening its darker character. The texture stays dense and substantial. A dry, seasoned finish holds its grip at length before settling into mature oak.
