The Last Drop presents a Speyside single malt Scotch distilled in 1970 and matured for 50 years in oak casks. Apricot and tropical fruit give the palate a ripe core, while orange peel draws a firmer citrus line across it. Vanilla adds a softer contour before gentle smoke closes the whisky.
Drawn from a single barrel, the whisky is bottled at cask strength, meaning it reaches the bottle at undiluted barrel proof, with strength at 88.2–90.6 proof depending on batch. Availability is limited for this 750 mL release. For a first pour, serve it neat; a few drops of water may be added if preferred.
