A Chinkapin oak-aged component contributes to its maturation, placing oak at the center of the whiskey’s structure without losing that generous sweetness.
At 108 proof (54% ABV), it has the strength to hold its character over a large cube. Baking spice and chocolate settle into the close, followed by toasted oak. Neat, the proof stays front and center; over ice, dilution gradually softens the pour and gives the sweeter notes more room to open. It comes in a 750 mL bottle.
