The Peat Monster was finished in seasoned virgin American white oak. On the palate, vanilla cream provides a round counterpoint before charred oak closes the finish. The 2022 release is bottled at 113.4 proof (56.7% ABV), preserving its cask-strength character. Offered in a 750 mL bottle, it delivers an assertive but approachable balance of sweetness, spice, and smoke.
