G4 Extra Añejo Tequila
The Jalisco Highlands give Blue Weber agave a rounder, sweeter character, and three years in used American oak and ex-bourbon barrels have drawn that sweetness out slowly. Cooked agave still sits at the center of this extra añejo, unmistakable under the caramel and vanilla that have settled in over time.
The texture is soft at 80 proof (40% ABV), warm rather than sharp, with cinnamon flickering through and dried fruit deepening the back end. Toasted oak lingers once the sweetness fades, dry and clean. It is additive free, so what you taste is agave and barrel, nothing added to smooth the edges.
A 750 mL bottle that earns a place on the shelf you actually reach for. Sipping tequila of this age often gets saved for occasions, but this one is forgiving enough for a weeknight pour and complex enough to hold attention when you slow down with it.
