Tokaji's noble-rot sweetness is what turns Glenmorangie's usual fruit into honey, white chocolate, and cake-shop richness without burying it. Pour it when dessert belongs in the glass.
Passion fruit, peach, pear, and mango open with baking bread, honeycomb, vanilla, and almond. The sip is luscious and a little tart: honey, white chocolate, apricot, almond, vanilla, and pear, cut with orange and menthol. Honeycomb, chocolate almond, and pecan linger on the finish.
