Crème brûlée and cloudy honey lead, with toasted cinnamon and apricot sitting over crushed almond and lime zest. The finish hangs on smoked lemon, sweet violet, and a thin ribbon of peat. It drinks rich rather than heavy — copper-colored, layered, and built for a slow sip.
