Raisin and dark chocolate bring richness, while vanilla adds a softer note. Brine and gentle smoke keep the sweetness in check and give the finish a distinctly coastal edge. At 131.6 proof (65.8% ABV), it has the concentration to handle a few drops of water if desired. The 750 mL bottle suits slow, considered pours when a robust sherried Scotch is called for.
