Indri-Trini The Three Wood Indian Single Malt Whisky is Piccadily's flagship single malt from Indri, Haryana, and the first Indian malt fully matured across three woods: first-fill bourbon, ex-French wine, and Pedro Ximénez sherry. Six-row Rajasthan barley is distilled in Indian copper pot stills, then the three casks are married so vanilla, honey-pepper, and dark fruit each keep their say. Bottled at 92 proof, non-chill-filtered, with no added color. Pour it when you want a slower weeknight glass.
Caramelized pineapple and black tea open the glass, then vanilla, honey, raisin, and sweet cherry. The palate is velvety and warm, with gentle spice, a little nut oil, and PX fruit that never turns sticky. The finish is medium-long, drying just enough from the European oak, with tropical fruit still hanging on.
