That sherry-then-bourbon path is why dried fruit and vanilla share the glass. The gold three-eyed-raven canister marks a limited Speyside single malt. Pour it in cold weather.
Raisin, fig, and nutty sherry meet vanilla and toffee on a coated sip. Orange zest and baking spice keep it from turning heavy, and the finish is long, warm, and a little saline, with oak and cinnamon still hanging on.
