Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is the standing nine-year Single Barrel Reserve from James B. Beam Distilling in Clermont: one cask, bottled at a fixed 120 proof, aged at least nine years in new number-four-char American oak. Distillers pull exceptional barrels so vanilla, caramel, and char stay concentrated instead of being blended into small batch. This is a distillery single barrel. Share it when you are sipping with friends.

Vanilla and caramel open on toasted oak and brown sugar. Maple, a little apple, and cinnamon stand out on the palate, then leather in a full, warming body. The finish is long and spicy, still sweet, still 120 proof.
