Knob Creek Snow Angel Big C Single Barrel Pick Bourbon Whiskey

Knob Creek Snow Angel Big C Single Barrel Pick Bourbon Whiskey is a Big C Liquors store pick: a single Knob Creek bourbon barrel selected for this shop, exclusive here, and bottled as an elevated, store-only version of Knob Creek Single Barrel. James B. Beam Distilling in Clermont, Kentucky, ages the whiskey at least nine years in new number-four-char American oak, then dumps one cask. Snow Angel is this shop's name on that barrel. Save it for cold weather.

A Knob Creek Select cask still starts from that long-aged new-char bourbon: vanilla, caramel, and oak are the frame, with the spice and sweetness of the mash, and the extra weight of the barrel Big C chose. The pour is store-only Knob Creek, meant to be sipped as that cask. The finish stays warm and sweet.
