Peat smoke and brine give the whisky a distinctly maritime opening, while lime zest cuts through with a bright, sharp edge. Cooked agave adds an earthy sweetness before plum and mineral notes settle into the finish. The 750 mL bottle suits slow, considered pours; at this strength, a large cube can soften the edges while preserving its smoky core.
