Chapter 7

Little Book Chapter 7 In Retrospect is the 2023 limited blend that looks backward on the series: one stream from each prior chapter, plus a seventh, spanning 4-year rye and bourbon up through 17- and 18-year Kentucky bourbon, a 10-year rye, and a 5-year malt finished in applewood-smoked barrels. Uncut and unfiltered at 118.1 proof. Save it for an after-dinner dram.
Caramel and vanilla arrive first, then orchard fruit — apple, apricot, peach — with a floral lift and a little smoke from the malt. Clove and baking spice ride the sip. The finish turns drier: rye spice, cigar box, and oak, still sweet enough that the proof feels quieter than it reads.
