Little Book Chapter 9 None for Granted is the 2025 limited blend built for caramel, vanilla, and big oak — using five Kentucky straight whiskeys aged 7 to 11 years, including an 8-year brown-rice bourbon, a 7-year bourbon fermented five days instead of three (that extra time is the apple), a toasted-barrel 7-year, an 8-year rye, and an 11-year bourbon. Uncut and unfiltered at 121.8 proof. Pour it in cold weather.
Ripe apple and butterscotch open, then brown sugar, warm vanilla, and creamy caramel on a viscous sip. Baking spice and cocoa sit under stone fruit. The close is long and drying: cinnamon, clove, barrel char, and oak that makes the whiskey taste older than the youngest seven-year barrel in the blend.
