Uncut and unfiltered Kentucky straight bourbon. Pour it over a large cube.
Brown sugar and dense caramel lead, with dark cherry, roasted nuts, and a hint of smoke. Cinnamon, graham cracker, and vanilla custard fill a heavy sip. The finish runs long: baking spice, milk chocolate, and seasoned oak with a dry, charred edge.
