Dark brown sugar and fudge sit together in the first sip, thick and sweet without turning sticky. Baked apple follows, then a flash of orange zest and baking spice that keeps the sweetness in check. Toasted almond and dark cherry linger once the sweetness fades. At 112.9 proof, this is bottled at cask strength, so it drinks big and takes a splash of dilution gracefully if you want to open it further.
