Maker’s Mark Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 Cask Strength American Wheat Whisky is the 2026 limited wheat whisky from Maker’s Mark in Loretto, Kentucky. Two mashbills—one all malted wheat, one 70% wheat and 30% malted barley—are blended to 62% malted wheat, 27% wheat, and 11% malted barley, then bottled from seven- and eight-year barrels at cask strength, 116.4 proof (58.2% ABV). Use it in a spirit-forward cocktail, or sip it neat when molasses and orchard fruit can take the lead.
Molasses, fig, and baking spice open, then zesty citrus, ripe pear, and buttery shortbread ride the sip. The mouthfeel is oily and round; cinnamon, cherry, and a long, warm grain finish linger.
