Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Decades Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 104 Proof is the second Master's Keep, bottled for Eddie Russell's 35th year at the distillery: a blend of barrels aged 10 to 20 years from the center and upper floors of McBrayer rickhouse, with the 10-year whiskey as the backbone under the older stock. It is 104 proof (52% ABV) and non-chill filtered, so butterscotch, dried fruit, and chocolate stay dense. It is a weeknight pour you actually sit with.
Oak and caramel lead, with butterscotch and dried fruit filling an oily, full sip. Chocolate and cinnamon stand out on the palate; smoke and sweet spice linger on a long finish.
