Partners choose among five stave types—more than a thousand possible recipes—then the barrel is bottled undiluted. Pour it over a large cube when you want extra wood on wheated bourbon at barrel strength.

The wheated mashbill keeps the sip soft and creamy while those extra staves deepen vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, and baking spice. Mouthfeel is full and oily at cask strength; the finish runs long and warming, with toasted oak holding the close.
