That uncommon brandy wood is what you taste as dark fruit, earth, and orange zest over butterscotch and malted chocolate. Bottled at 108.5 proof (54.25% ABV). It belongs in a spirit-forward cocktail.
Vanilla, dried peach, honey, and caramelized sugar lead, then toffee, dark chocolate, roasted almond, and orchard fruit fill a velvety sip. Dark berry, spice, and a little earth ride through a warming close of carob and orange zest. It drinks rustic and full at 108.5 proof, with brandy fruit standing out on the palate beside the bourbon.
