Old Fitzgerald 10 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Heaven Hill's Spring 2023 Decanter Series release: wheated bourbon (75% corn, 20% wheat, 5% malted barley) distilled at Bernheim in the spring of 2013, aged ten years, and bottled in bond at 100 proof in the green-label diamond decanter. One distilling season, allocated twice a year. Pour it neat and take your time.
Brown sugar, molasses, and butterscotch meet chocolate-covered cherry, prune, and a creamy oak depth. Clove and orange peel lift the middle. The mouthfeel is plush; the finish is long and slightly dry, milk chocolate and black-forest cake hanging on.
