Old Fitzgerald 15 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Old Fitzgerald 15 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Old Fitzgerald 15 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Heaven Hill's Fall 2019 Decanter Series release, distilled in the fall of 2004 at Bernheim and bottled fifteen years later at 100 proof. That single-season bonded whiskey is the dessert side of a long stay in new char: molasses, cocoa, and brown butter from the wheated mash, with enough tannin to keep it from going slack. Share it sipping with friends.
Toffee, molasses cookies, and brownie chew lead a thick, coating sip. Cocoa, cream, and brown butter fill the middle, with cherry and pecan underneath. Cinnamon and black pepper warm a long finish of honey, molasses, and oak.
