Old Medley 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited 12-year from the Medley family recipe—77% corn, 10% rye, and 13% malted barley, so malt sweetness sits beside the rye—sourced in Kentucky, aged in new charred oak, and bottled at 86.8 proof (43.4% ABV). Twelve years is why vanilla and chocolate read as mature rather than candy. Share it with friends after dinner.
Vanilla and caramel lead, then milk chocolate and pecan. Toasted grain and rye spice stand out on the palate; the body is medium, and the finish is dry, oaky, and a little spicy.
