Honey barrels lay down nectar and pastry sweetness; Amburana pushes cinnamon and baking spice so the sip reads warm and dessert-like. Bottled at 98 proof and non-chill-filtered. Pour it as an after-dinner dram.
Vanilla, toffee, and floral honeycomb open, then honey nectar, cinnamon sugar, and graham cracker. Baking spice and gingerbread fill a rounded, sweet body. Cinnamon and toasted oak fade into honeyed pastry on the finish.
