That extra age is why marshmallow, creme brulee, and cherry read rounded instead of sharp. Give it a large cube.
Rich caramel, vanilla custard, and cherry lead, then marshmallow, brown sugar, and black pepper. Butterscotch and creme brulee fill a smooth body. Vanilla, allspice, and a wisp of light smoke close the finish.
