Four-grain Indiana mash of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, non-chill-filtered, bottled at 100 proof. Pour it on a weeknight.
Brown sugar and cinnamon breakfast pastry lead, then vanilla, graham cracker, and dried cherry. The body is medium, with toasted spice. Savory roasted marshmallow and a little char close the finish.
