Maturation in new French oak from the Nevers and Allier forests gives the whiskey a distinctive frame. Custard brings rounded richness; orange provides a bright counterpoint and keeps the palate from feeling heavy.
With allocation kept tight, Nevallier is bottled at cask strength, 115.8 proof (57.9% ABV), and carries a firm, concentrated presence.
