Rare Character Lamborghini Single Barrel Whiskey is a one-cask bottling from Rare Character in Lexington, sold under a custom barrel name instead of a standing mash recipe. Sourced American whiskey, full barrel proof, and whatever that oak pulled in the warehouse is the pour. Charred wood is the baking spice; leaving it uncut is the density. Give it a large cube.
Baking spice and toasted grain open first, then caramel fills a coating sip with vanilla underneath. The finish stays dry and warm. It drinks as a named one-off, bottled as it came off the cask.
