Shortbarrel Rye 101 Straight Rye Whiskey 101 Proof is the Atlanta bottler's core rye: a blend of non-chill-filtered MGP barrels, all over six years old, cut to 101 proof (50.5% ABV). Indiana high-rye distillate is what puts mint, herbs, and baking spice in the glass, while 101 is enough proof to stand up in a cocktail without turning the bottle into a barrel-proof project.
