Shortbarrel The Bee’s Knees Single Barrel Bourbon Big C & OWA Private Pick

Shortbarrel The Bee's Knees Single Barrel Bourbon Big C & OWA Private Pick is a Big C Liquors and Orlando Whiskey Alliance selection of Shortbarrel's honey-cask Bee's Knees, exclusive to this shop and this collaboration — an elevated, store-only version of the toasted honey-barrel program. Shortbarrel builds Bee's Knees from mature bourbon, conditions Kelvin barrels with honey, then double-oaks the whiskey so caramelized sugar and oak weight carry the honey as texture. Big C and OWA chose this single cask rather than a state blend. Split it with the club.

Honey-conditioned toasted oak is the process: bourbon caramel and vanilla from the base, honeyed sweetness as texture, baking spice from the second wood. This cask is exclusive to Big C Liquors and the Orlando Whiskey Alliance. The finish stays oak-weighted and warm.
