Bottled at 92 proof without chill filtration or added color, it carries cereal sweetness into a sweet, salty finish. Save it for an after-dinner dram.
Cereal, oatmeal, and malted barley meet gooseberry, mango, orange pulp, and honeycomb. Heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg, and cinnamon fill an oily sip. Sea salt and a touch of peat smoke close a long, coastal finish.
